Experience

Wendy Sheppard, Proprietor of WS Trimming and Upholstery Ltd, learned her trade, initially, in the RAF as an upholsterer and paint sprayer. Later as a sail maker in the sail loft of the largest CAA- approved manufacturer of microlight aircraft and hang gliders from which she was quickly promoted to Production Manager.

Wendy is highly experienced in the manufacture of microlight aircraft sails, parachutes, airframes and composite airframe parts as well as her upholstery skills. She also spent many years in supervision and managment of aircraft manufacturing units.
